Cancellation Policy

 

REFUNDS

Cancellations for classes must be made at least 24 hours before start of the first class for a full refund. Once classes are in session, we can not refund for any classes missed by your child. In the event of bad weather, or cancellation due to Picassos, we will have a make-up date for the missed class, if we are not able to provide a make-up class we will provide a refund for that class.

Summer Camp

Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the start of the first day of camp for a full refund, Special circumstances will be taken into consideration, and will be available for class credit.

Cancelled Programs

Picassos reserves the right to cancel programs due
to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and a full refund will be given.

Membership

To cancel a monthly subscription or membership you must email info@picassosartstudio.com. Emails that are not received before the time of renewal will be cancelled the following month. 

Our Privacy Promise

We will not share your email with any other companies, or service providers. Your email will be used strictly for communication for/about Picassos.
